This
system is building by ORACLE language to deal with
the big data base or small. The system doing many
important works to complete the company jobs ,for
example the system following (oversee) the moving of
the employee by the P.V.C specialty of the worker
in the company or any one has related with the company,
not only the present and the absence also arranging
the rotation (shift), allowing to enter in a specific
period provide the later, asking permission, giving
mission and the holydays automatically. Also the system
helping the human resource management with the finance
and management department to exploitation (utilization) the time for work form the work hour to control the
time of working and lookout the number of asking permission
, mission and controlling it with the perfect way وتجاوز المخالفات أو الحساسيات والاعتبارات الشخصية
The system is working 24hour in a day, seven days
in a week and decrease the employee that the company
don’t need them.
The system consist of systems and branch equipment

2- producing and designing card system

To assume the system
his job it must be :
Construction
a data base contains the data that will display ( appear )
in the card (ID CARD WITH THE PICTURE OF THE EMPLOYEE
AND OTHER DATA WHERE IT NEED AND given an unique number
to every one and related it with the bar code to read
the data in the card) .
Relate the bar code in the card to the data base,
when the employee access to his job he must he must
show it to the screen to check ( to take up ) the bar
code and provide the access and leaving.
Jobs that the system perform :
Calculateing the absence and delaying days of the
employee with out holaydays and asking permission
and dropping public holaydays.
Give an end date ( expire date ) to the card where
the system is not allowing to read form the card after
the date it given.
High ability to producing detail reports and statistics
for helping manager to achieve goals like: leaving
and access to the place, detail statement abut the
asking permission and giving mission , statement for
the holydays, giving information for one or group
of employee about there movement even the department .
Automatically the system subtract form the salary
when the system connect with the human resource and
salary (as the systems and list of the company) .
The
system dealing with many forms :
Dealing with one position or more different position (company branch) different departments ( administrators ) dealing with the different period of work hour (one
period –tow period – shift ) and produce and different
reports to every branch it is own or for all the branches
.
Copying a reserve reports delayand store it to be
easy to return by the decision maker for any data.
