It designed by for helping the administrator management in any company to doing there management job and for helping to decision making in important related thing like stander acceptance employ – stander estimate there job.This system contain three main systems :

HUMAN RESOURCE SYSTEM .
Performance for all employee activity form the beginning of service until the end of serves ,the system has several branch systems :
Store the request of the employment offer and process it, giving a standard characteristic for every job for helping to choice
supporting decision making , excepting and hiring automatically, calculation the salary and the bounce automatically by the policy of the direction, holydays , absence and delay, prepayment and loans and fallowing-up ,bounces and additional, transgression and the discount, additional work ,changing the employees position ,evaluating the employee, watching after the employee in present and leaving and contact it with the employee oversee system , mission and training.

SALARY AND PAYMENT.
Process, calculate and print out the salary in form statement (morning period , evening period , in hour …) with detail financial report and monthly report with statistics where the management.

OVERSEE EMPLOYEE.
It is an independent system with human resource system but they can be related to make them more qualification and discipline. The characteristic of the system dealing with several classes and different periods of work with easy use and simple , absence and delay, mission asking permission and holydays , automatically calculate the postponement and absence in days and hour and provide the management with different reports for helping to evaluating process.
