The main idea for this system is to dispense with the traditional way to observed the employee ,and to supervision to the employee for working hours by the data in the electronic card and read it by Bar Code Reader that observe the moving of the employee by the unique number for each employee by Bar Code.

High flexibility in dealing with archiving.
Define how has a card and how hasn’t.
Define who hasn’t enough picture in his data.
How many time printed a card to the employee.
Total of card that produced and the number of section that have a card.

Many way to entering the picture : SCANNER, DIGITAL CAMERA Possibility to modification the picture and process it in particular data base then the personal data base for make it fast to lay out the data “to view the picture it need more time”.
